Keith was a Certified Residential Appraiser for 10 years before he discovered his passion for photography. Already a natural at sales, Keith has now been able to combine his love of photography with real estate and establishing long term relationships with Realtors. Nowadays, he has traded his camera in for his desire to grow the company nationally. Keith spends his days making connections across the US, talking to everyone from California to Florida.

Greg spent the last 15 years on the executive team of a local restaurant chain, where his focus was on restaurant real estate, construction and design. He loved it, but the burning desire to own his own business wouldn’t go away, so after over a year of searching, he bought into the 360 family in April of 2015. He loves the culture and team he works with and is excited to continue his journey with 360.

Dee worked at a financial institution for 20 years, developing high-level organizational and decision-making skills. Often referred to as our “Office Mom”, she tackles appointment scheduling head-on and communicates directly with clients on a daily basis. Joining 360 in June 2017 has been the best decision she’s ever made aside from spending quality time with her family each day.

​Krista has spent her years since graduating from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Photojournalism gathering skills in the areas of photography, digital marketing, videography, branding, and copy editing. Working with the talented team at 360 has given her the opportunity to expand her photography techniques and ability to train new photographers, not to mention a newfound love for home improvement.

Hailing from Elizabethtown, Becky is stepping in to help Dee handle scheduling duties. She previously worked at Rite Aid for 13 years in their Marketing/Advertising department. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, running (she ran the Hershey Half Marathon last year!), gardening, and spending time with her family, especially in the creek off of a nearby trail where her kids can look for salamanders and crayfish.

An entirely self-taught photographer, Nick spends his days focusing on adventure/travel portraits, landscapes, and the occasional wedding.⁠ His free time is usually spent going on road trips with his girlfriend. In addition to photographic art, Nick is a multi-talented musician who sings, plays drums, piano, and guitar plus records and produces songs in his at-home studio.

Tanner Shore is our newest team member, coming to us from York, PA. Just 24 years old, Tanner has been taking photos and video professionally for 5 years. He graduated from SUNY Oswego in 2020 with a Bachelors in Cinema and Screen Studies. In his free time you will most likely catch him watching a movie or day trading stock options!
