Central Indiana

Jeff Dawes grew up on the Northside of Indianapolis. He then achieved a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University (Bloomington) while finding time to tour the US and abroad with his rock band. After college, Jeff began a successful career in sales focusing on both small businesses and major national accounts. Jeff’s approach to growing businesses is unique and focuses on listening, partnership, and problem solving. He has an eye for art and photography, an ear for music, and a passion for people.

Susie (Chamberlin) Dawes was born and raised on the Southside of Indianapolis. After attending Roncalli High School she moved to Tampa, FL to study at the University of South Florida and finished up her bachelor’s degree at Mercer University. Following her undergraduate studies, Susie purchased an existing casual dining restaurant which she owned and operated for the next five years. During this time, she achieved a Master of Business Administration from St. Leo University. Family brought her back to Indianapolis where she transitioned to a career in Resource Development. Unable to shake the entrepreneur spirit, Susie left the corporate world to team up with Jeff on 360 Tour Designs of Central Indiana. She thrives on customer service, building relationships, and delivering paramount services to their clients and partners.

Chad is a true artist in every sense of the word. Musician, author, and photographer; Chad brings so much to the 360 team. Willing to go above and beyond for clients, he rises to every occasion.

Another Renaissance man on the team, Dustin is a musician, photographer, and admirer of fine literature. Dustin brings with him a strong background of customer service and is just an all around nice guy. He makes homeowners and clients comfortable from the moment he walks into a property and takes pride in his craft.

Gina and Susie are now working together for the second time in their careers as Gina worked for Susie at her restaurant in Georgia. Gina has since moved to Indiana as well and has come on board to assist with editing and photo delivery. She has been an amateur photographer for years and helps to make sure nothing but quality is delivered to our clients.
