Professional Background:
Maria grew up in Baltimore and attended the Shrine of the Little Flower Elementary School before graduating from the Baltimore Polytechnic Institute. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Science from The College of Notre Dame of Maryland (now known as Notre Dame of Maryland University) and later received her Master of Education with an emphasis in Middle School Science from Towson University. In addition to her academic accomplishments, Maria has extensive experience in video production. As a digital creator for Meta, she manages social media for her school’s STEM program and Service Club, as well as fan pages for several bands. During the 1990s, she videotaped school plays and graduations while actively participating in the editing, sales, and distribution of video content.

Joining 360 Tour Designs:
Maria was inspired to join 360 Tour Designs after her husband, Kevin, spent six years working as an independent contractor for the company. Together, they decided to become franchise owners and expand operations, building on their background in capturing dynamic “Cool View” videos during the 1990s.

As an FAA-licensed remote pilot and experienced videographer/photographer, Kevin has consistently delivered high-quality visual content across industries including real estate, sports, and entertainment.
