When are you available?
We generally shoot Monday-Friday 9am to 4pm, except for twilight shots. The time for twilights will depend on the time of year (when the sun sets).
Can you edit things out of photos?
It’s always easier to move an item out of the shot rather than to edit it our later. We do not recommend Photoshopping large areas, it’s best to have the house ready when your photographer arrives. Plus, a lot of multi-lists are not allowing images that are too largely Photoshopped (such as removing neighborhood features out of a photo).
Do I need to be present for the photo shoot?
No, you do not need to be there but please complete a walk-through of the house before we arrive. Our photographers can move obvious items out of a shot but they are not professional stagers. We do, however, work with several stagers, please contact us for more information if this is a service you are interested in.
Seasons changed and flowers are blooming, can you reshoot my property?
Absolutely! It’s always a good idea to update photos for the new season or if the seller has made improvements. There will be a small additional fee to reshoot a property.
What if I have special requests for a particular shot?
Please let us know about any special requests when you schedule your photo shoot. This could include photos of the development sign, a shot of the new kitchen stove, the tiled shower in the master bath, a view standing at the back of the house looking into the backyard, etc. We are happy to shoot them if we know about it ahead of time!
How and when will I receive my images and tour?
Please make note of our policy and plan your photo shoots accordingly. Photos will be delivered the next business day (for residential real estate properties). You will receive an email to the Dropbox folder which contains your photos (for detailed instructions on how to download your photos, please see the ‘Dropbox Instructions’ file in the Resources area of the website). It takes time to create the virtual tour so those links will be sent separately. If you have not received your photo or tour by the end of the next business day, please check your junk mail folder as the emails occasionally get caught in there. Otherwise, please contact us and we will get them to you as soon as possible!
How do I get my photos on my computer?
We have detailed, step-by-step instructions on how to download your photos from Dropbox. Please refer to the Resource center of the website.
How do I put my tour on the MLS?
Simply copy and paste the link into the area for a virtual tour on the MLS.
Can I edit the tour once you send it to me?
Yes! Once you are registered on our site, you will be able to login and edit your tours. You have the ability to change the order of the photos, add captions, delete photos and update the property information, including when there is a price change. You can also add your sellers email address so they receive traffic reports on how many times their house is being viewed or delete your own email from these reports. And more! Please ask if there is something you do not know how to do!
Can I delete a tour once the property has sold?
No, we delete the tours from our site. Simply email us with the tour number and we will remove it. Please remember it is best to wait until a property has settled until you ask us to remove the tour. Once deleted, it will have to be recreated and there will be an additional fee.
Can you add my images to your Fusion Tour?
Absolutely, as long as they are high quality and you own the rights to the images.
When and how do I pay and how do I receive my bill?
This depends on if we have an agreement with your broker or not. If so, we bill them directly and then you pay them. Otherwise, you will receive an invoice via email which can be paid online with a credit card or PayPal or by mailing a check.
What is a twilight shoot and why would I want to schedule one?
A twilight shoot is a great way to show off a property with beautiful exterior lighting or great architectural features. This is another way to make your listing stand out!
What if I need help with downloading my images, uploading to MLS, uploading my Fusion Tour to websites or other technical assistance?
