Refund Policy

All applicable refunds will be handled on a case­by­case basis and will be permitted at the
discretion of 360 Tour Designs & Marketing owners and staff. All return claims must be emailed
to kate@360tourdesigns.com to be eligible for reimbursement. All reimbursements will be given
in the form of check or service credit.

Privacy Policy

Personal information your provide to Paypal and Zoho is governed by Paypal Privacy Policy and
Zoho Privacy Policy. Your election to use the service indicates your acceptance of the terms of
the Paypal Privacy Policy and Zoho Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining
confidentiality of your username, password and other sensitive information. You are responsible
for all activities that occur in your user account and you agree to inform Paypal and/or Zoho
immediately of any unauthorized use of your account by contacting Paypal or emailing
accounts@zohocorp.com . We are not responsible for any loss or damage to you or to any third
party incurred as a result of any unauthorized access and/or of your account, or otherwise.
