FAA Approves 360

360 Tour Designs, whose corporate office is located in Mechanicsburg, PA, is pleased to announce they are a proud recipient of Federal Aviation Association (FAA) Section 333 Exemption. 360 is approved by the FAA to take Aerial Photography and Aerial Video via the use of drones or UAS (Unmanned Aircraft Systems).

The FAA Section 333 Exemption will allow all 360 offices to take aerial photos commercially for any business, residentially for any real estate agent,
and will also allow them to expand into other opportunities within the UAS business market.

360 anticipates doubling their current amount of aerial work, now that they have been granted this exemption by the FAA. During the prime real estate season (March through June), they are forecasting as many as 40 Aerial Photography jobs a week, within their local corporate business market. Company-wide that number could reach 100+ a week in 2016.

Along with the exemption comes special rules and regulations that 360 must follow, including the hiring of trained and licensed pilots in command (PIC) to fly UAS.

360 Tour Designs operates in 4 states with intentions to expand nationally. Their perpetual growth and approval from the FAA will continue to answer the question of why potential entrepreneurs would want to operate a 360 Tour Designs Territory of their own.
